It’s just genetic testing...but typically pretty expensive....not all insurance covers it.

I always clench the right side of my jaw sometimes. It's like going for a smoke.. I clench it once or twice and then I stop clenching until I think of clenching again a few hours later..
It used to be different where I'd do it all the time. The adderall made me clench a little bit more today.. that means it is a good stim.. Coffee can do it too |

I think the reason Parkinson's patients clench their jaws is because their medication is dopamine like drugs..
My great uncle has Parkinson's and he hallucinates sometimes because of the meds. |

I think it the opposite, the grinding is is untreated patients who have low dopamine just like APs cause. There’s something called pseudo Parkinson’s that people on APs get, shuffling, shaking etc.

Possible trigger:
I don’t really have any advice. I talk out my *** to my daughter about balanced meals and seeing food for what it is...fuel. But in all honesty me and food have a pretty complex relationship. It’s love (of all things junk food) or hate (healthy crap). But I also use it for comfort, entertainment, reward system, to pass the time, etc. all the bad associations. I try really hard not to pass that all on to her but I’m probably failing. Well...I kind of rambled. Sorry about that. Tired and full of thoughts. I think you’re doing great. Maybe just a little extra fuel for the fire. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

Ugh...another busy day.
Just work related...thankfully no running around. Didn’t even go see my guy and his wife. I called and canceled. I was too busy, too tired, and I never bothered to get dressed . Thankfully Scotty made a delivery. 9 & 1/2 hrs today and 7 yesterday. Told my husband I was clearly the harder worker then realized it takes him less than 4 hrs to earn what takes me 16. Hahahahaha...I kinda cry. I’m in bed. So happy to be here. I’m burned out on the real world. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

I like your thoughts/mental state today valley. You're rambling like I do sometimes.
Train of thought can either be good or bad. Right now my train of thought is 50% good. Mostly cuz of the soldiers. I haven't layed down all day doing nothing and went snowshoeing with my mom. I was afraid that her heart would beat too fast so we only went 1/3 of the way up the top of the mountain. Nice scenery and beautiful day. I feel like listening to some podcast before I study. |

Finished work for the morning!!!
Yay. Time to myself. I’m going finish my coffee, turn on the tv, and take a nap. I don’t feel great today. Head is cottony, sinuses are a mess, queasy...going to pop a zofran for that I’ve been throwing up all morning. And I’m really tired. I had trouble sleeping last night cuz I was stressed about my hand. I also had crazy muscle cramps in my feet and legs when I got in bed. I think because I had been so tense the past couple days. The cramps were vicious! I had to get up and walk around at one point. Just overall feeling yucky. How’s everyone else??? __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety
