Great job Newtus! You got a lot done today! It must feel good to have gotten so much accomplished today. I on the other hand, just finished playing a jigsaw puzzle online. Whilst I am at work no less! =/ Kit

The psychiatrist called to confirm my appointment next week. And my sister was right there. So I opened up told her I wasn’t doing 100% and I was diagnosed with a psychotic disorder. I hadn’t told her before. She knew about the bipolar but not the rest.

I even opened up to her and my mother about my OCD that I’ve been washing my hands like crazy and that’s part of the reason why the doctor wants me to see the psychiatrist again.

Opening up is so hard. But my mother says it’s practice to talk to the psychiatrist.

Yeah it did. They’re cool. Just makes me nervous talking about these things. I always feel people will judge me.

I feel the same way. I'm afraid to even tell my therapist sometimes because I feel like they're gonna judge and hate me. Of course, they end up being understanding and helpful but I still get that fear every time.
