Hi Everyone, slept in today an extra hour and a half, it felt blissful, but it meant that I didn't get my morning walk in. I'm going to try to get it in tonight after work and before I go take communion for Good Friday. I feel a little guilty about not getting my walk in, but it is a holiday and I really needed the sleep. I'm looking forward to T tomorrow. I really hope the appointment goes well. It sucks when it doesn't and then it's like a month before I go back. Well this time I think it would be like three weeks? Something like that. So I'm a little nervous about how it's going to go. No hallucinations yet this morning so that's good. Mainly feeling okay. Hope everyone is doing well. HUGS Kit

Guys I owe you all one big apology. I have been selfish and in crisis after crisis after crisis. I’m trying to make it through. It is the hardest thing to do for me in my life thus far.
