Hi everyone!
Basically what the title says. I’ve been put on an antipsychotic for what my pdoc says are hallucinations but now without them i’m starting to miss them a bit. Before the medication I used to be able to see people and hear voices I recognize from my dreams in the day. It scared me before, but now that i’ve been feeling better and now aware that they can’t really hurt me I feel like It can be a positive experience. I really long for them now, and i’m starting to feel like reality is a bit depressing and dull compared to all of my fantasies... Anyone else who has the same feelings as I do? How do you cope with these feelings? Thank you if you answer..! |

Dreams are part of ourselves and express who we are, and parts of our self. We need them. Medications do dull our feelings and dreams. Maybe you are ready to go off the meds. Ask your doctor.
