I'm kind of depressed today too. The sun is peeking out at least. I've been freezing here because the girl next to the door always wants the AC on, and they keep turning it on for her. They're nasty when I complain.

It's finally going to warm up this week. It was in the 40s since last week here.

I'm so lonely for my friend. He hardly ever wants to really see me. @newtus you should surprise your fiance with taking better self care. Shower, do your hair, wear something cute and use some perfume. It probably won't result in much but it will lift your spirits.

I should do the same.

So I was watching My 600 lb Life and someone passed away on the show. It was crazy.

The person was 800 pounds and they passed away.

Newtus it's possible that in the start, your bf thinks he can handle your mental illness and then over time he doesnt know what he's getting himself into (In his mind). But if he's the right person for you and you're the right person for him, he'll support you and stick through it. So I would tell him that you're getting better (And you are - I can see huge progress in psychosis).

The biggest thing that couples fight over though is MONEY. That's a fact.

I should write things down because otherwise my therapy is useless. I have no idea what I'm going to say to my therapist and I'm at my therapists office right now. Therapy would benefit you Newtus especially with relationship and family issues. But your clinic sucks so much that idk if it's worth it where you are.

You're very spiritual and intelligent. I know you're not hopeless and can make something of yourself. I see schizophrenia as a huge challenge which isnt hopeless.

distractions distractions... it's hard man... it's really hard. I'm trying... nothing is helping. I got through the day ignoring them with music and reading old thread post but even then I get distracted. they say everyone hates me. they also say people want me dead but I don't believe that. I want to join the dead. the world would be a happier place when I'm gone they say. sure people will be sad I'm gone but they'll get over it they say. I wont cause them hurt. I'm a burden a failure they say... god I hate this.It's getting to me.
I'm scared. I just want it to stop. some relief... something. They tell me to do bad things. I don't want to do it. It scares me. I want to talk about happier things. I'm bringing everyone down with my negativity but negativity lives inside my head right now and in my ears.

Yeah, a bunch of them have died. It's dangerous to be obese. I have no clue how I'll lose weight ever again. I've never been this heavy before.

I got moderated cuz I was obsessed with testing research chemicals on myself but people just talk about their day and struggle with psychosis (And other mental illnesses as well like anxiety and depression which a lot have). Some aren't sure if they actually have schizophrenia which is a symptom of the illness but it's really chill and supportive here."

there's spirits wont stop and leave me alone it's getting unbearable. I feel like a horrible person. I'm trying real hard to ignore it but I can't stop crying. It wont stop... it'll never stop. are any of you guys on 2 APs, i am on geodon 80mg, and seroquel 100mg morning, 100mg afternoons, and 600mg at night. Do you find it helps you ?
i have been on 2 for a long time but they change them up sometimes or increase them.
wheres the magic elixir to make these voices go away.

I take 2 APs, vraylar and seroquel, they have helped me a lot. I hope you find something that helps you
