Saw my therapist today, we talked about me going back to partial hospital so I could try to get on clozapine. If that happens I'd have to switch outpatient doctors, because my current one isn't certified to prescribe it.
I'm scared of getting a new doctor tbh |

Happy birthday, BB! Best of whishes to you awesome ****ing soul.
Got home, let my cat outside for a half hour then gave her some meat. She's the best cat. I just open the door and she walks straight back in. She doesn't even run outside, she just slowly walks, takes in the world, and then chews some grass, then she comes back to me and we bond. I listend to lectures on the idea of freedom today by a late professor, not of my own, but one from Oklahoma. He passed away, but I can safely say that he's the second greatest professor I've discovered. I'm going to watch some better call saul tonight with my cat. |

My mom bought me a weighted anxiety blanket.
I thought it'd be a good idea to get one since when I have panic attacks I lay down when they happen. So maybe I can use the blanket when I have them or any anxiety or depression. I got 6 hours of sleep but now every time I try to go to sleep, I feel a balloon inflating under my ribs under my heart. Aortic aneurysm? I think it could be from vaping.
I'm not going to sleep until it's gone. It happens when I sit up too. I'm going to Vancouver tomorrow. It will be a nice drive. I like sitting in the car. I'm going to read a book or listen to podcasts. If I don't die until the morning.. |

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
. But it does make me feel comforted.
