I just gave Pumpkin some chicken with gravy. I'm just relaxing watching some Better Call Saul season 1. I should probably pill my cat soon, it's stuff for her bladder to ease the pain. I see my roommate was nice enough to buy a stronger strain of Catnip. I bought some expensive stuff but my cat wont go near it. Anybody learn anything interesting today? I've been listening to this lecture series on the history of freedom starting with Ancient Greek to the events of 9/11. I'm really fortunate to have a job I can listen to whatever I want in my headphones. It's way cheaper than college.

My roommate is at a tipping point. I wish I could give her some of my energy and take some of her emotions. She's at that point where she fears work. Terrible place to be. I get that way during June and July too. Its mainly depression but shes on 3 meds for it and there not working for her at all. I think part of it is existential, but when you fear work everyday, I was there, it's a hellish position. I don't know how to help her. :-/

My mom is taking 1-2mg ativan every night now but so I might tell my doctor to tell my moms doctor to prescribe 10mg valium at night because it lasts wayyy longer and then she wont have anxiety in the day when she withdraws from the ativan in the morning.

Benzos are very dangerous for her heart if she withdraws.. she says it's not dangerous but I know the dangers of benzo!

Oh, I'm highly pissed at my Case Managers... I had an appointment with my pdoc this morning at 8:40am and they were suppose to pick me up and take me to my appointment or at the very least suppose to reschedule my appointment so they can take me there. Anyways I called them several times and they're not PICKING UP THEIR ****ING PHONES. So I had to cancel. I'm out of my zyprexa because my pdoc only gave me two weeks worth of it.

I'm glad I have my illicit supply of Benadryl because I've just started itching again damn it. I'm so glad I brought my own pillow back here on Saturday. They just exchanged the two I had for 2 big ones with that tacky material on them.

My teeth hurt and I feel sad and abandoned. My friend is going through a cooling off period and forgetting me.
