I can see a psychotic episode coming.

I'm seeing patterns in things, brain fog, disorganized thinking, some delusional thoughts.

Any idea what I should do? I see my doc on thursday so that's not a long way away at least

Fiance got upset when I told him I took my engagement ring off for a week because I was mad at him. He said he didnt like that and said he wouldn't go and tell people he's single if we fight or nothing.

I didnt think about that. I wasn't trying to portray I was single, I was just mad at him. I felt like he didnt respect the ring on my finger cuz it means being there for each other but he wasn't when we were arguing all that week.

I wont do that again anyway because I didnt realize how he felt.

Neither of my parents wears their ring...they’ve been married for almost fifty years...it’s only as important as you make it.

Its important to both of us being newly engaged cuz obviously it symbolized something to me he wasn't doing and it meant something to him that I took it off.

Sometimes I like to say that everything is in my head. But that's not true. Other people are real in the same environment - I just have to use a little imagination to sync the few nanoseconds or whatever of time difference in time and space between perceptions.

Welp.. That's all I have to say.. If I was on a weed gummy right now, I'd be typing about this for hours =]

I see my psych doctor today at 8:20 am. I saw my therapist on Monday. I don't think the Saphris is helping but then again I think the dead talk to me anyways and no amount of meds can stop it. The spirits tell me the future. They say I'm going to die soon. I tell people but they tell me I'm safe. I don't feel safe. I feel like I'm in danger. I don't want to commit suicide like the spirits tell me. I don't want to cut myself like the spirits and the demons tell me to. I'm scared that's all. People are telling me it's not real. It's real to me. I don't know what's real and what's in my head. I'm living in hell. I don't have to die... life is already hell. I just go to hell. They're abusive. I feel bad about myself. There's no relief. None. I'm not going back into the hospital. I refuse to go back to the hospital again where I'm isolated from friends and family. Where I can't do as I please when I please. I can't listen to the music I want. What I write here I show my therapist. She says if it gets bad to check myself into a hospital. I rather die before going back again so I'll do the best that I can at home.

I'm up early too for some reason. Couldn't sleep.

The dogs (xena and thor) get their dog goody box today, (BarkBox)!

I got my septum retainers but they are still in the mailbox.

My dad is coming to visit this morning. And bf is getting off early cuz he went in early.

Today is gonna be a good day I think.
