I'm not doing much this weekend. Will be cleaning and going to church tomorrow.

Just had lunch and it was really good. Holding myself accountable and making sure I eat.

I went to the gym this morning. My doctor and I had talked about and he thinks it would help me mentally to get back into the habit of going to the gym. Routine is good for me. I fell out of habit of going to the gym. I miss it but it’s hard for me to go now.

Trying to get back into it.

Had a good day. Hung out with gram and my niece. Then went shopping with my daughter.
Got me my very first and hopefully very last stick-on bra. It is the most uncomfortable ridiculous thing ever.
Also got most of my amazon order and my ModCloth order in the mail today! Woohoo. I’m so happy my hoodie came in so I can wear it tomorrow night if it gets chilly. And my wedding shoes. Now I have no excuse to put off hemming that stupid dress. I’m still confused abt why it’s so long. I’m 5’ 6 so not really short and even with 3 inch heels the damn thing is dragging. Weird.
Waiting around for the guys to get home so we can order dinner.

So Valley, what time did the kids get home? Glad everything went well.

It's freezing in my room. I'm going to have to put on my winter coat.

Looking at watch reviews didn't help. They say battery life is poor, the notifications don't work well, etc etc etc. Maybe this will be just another year of giving him nothing. Haven't heard from him since Wednesday.

He got in around 1:30. Sober!
He worked all day and went out to dinner tonight. He’s exhausted. Poor thing.
He’s also pretty excited. His job offered him 40 hours for the summer.

The cognitive fatigue is killing me. I can't live this way.

Keep me from doing anything crazy, doc. S-e-d-a-t-e me.

I want to do things. Cool things. Like diving off cliffs and flying planes.

Pls help me. You can see I'm trapped in this mind. The hell. I am in a hell. Other people aren't in hell.

Working, paying bills. I don't have kids to pay for. So why am I living like I am?

I don't want to play video games. I want to do things. I can't sit still. I am a waste of life right now and it's true. I want to travel. But I'm going to school. I don't know what I want to do.

I'm spiritual. My serotonin 2A receptors are in jail! Psychiatrist locked them up. All the feel good chemicals are lowered in the brain. So what if I go psychotic? Psychotic people can be happy. They need meditation and spiritual guidance from the spirits. It's obvious.
