Going to ignore my stress about the future and try to play video games.. like xbox or ps4.. I noticed that when I was working night shift, I worked all night with an old man that just talked about work which is all he thinks about and then I went home and slept until I woke up for work again.. That really killed my inspiration. Idk if I even can focus on video games. I try to better myself but sometimes I just have to learn to let go.. although I feel better when I'm productive.. It's a real struggle.. I feel depressed. Sometimes I feel happy and that's mostly when I have positive symptoms.. I think about getting high a lot.. Just another form of escaping..

I've been at my grandparents, so unable to play video games. But last night I went to my apartment for a few hours and played some Red Dead Redemption 2. Loads of fun, I missed video games.

I have the first one, I'm still playing through it but when I upgrade my xbox I'd like to try Red dead redemption 2, it looks amazing

Was playing Fallout 4 and these radioactive things kept killing me instantly. I kept going back to my saved point. I had to do something but my cognition is bad and I don't have patience for problem solving so I stopped playing.

My brain fries too easily. And I get really tired.

I have such a bad attention span at times. It gets better and it gets worse.

It’s sad that sometimes family members are just blood related strangers. I just had a cousin who I hadn’t met in 20 years came over a few days ago telling me how to do my life in less than 10 minutes after we talked.

I'm having a bad day.

Luckily the little food we have left before we go grocery shopping cheered me up.

I made French cut green beans with butter seasoning, and salt and pepper. We dont even have anymore salad! I ate it all.

My bad day is making me feel uncomfortable and making me have a bit of anxiety, just thinking about all my family out there that talks crap about me and my mental health.

I'm starting to get hypno sleep voices again. They are quite interesting when I tune into them cuz it's not like I'm completely awake and hear screaming and ****.

Did I mention my last sleep paralysis? If I didn't, **** that was scary.. it lasted like 15 minutes and all I was doing was hallucinating that I was getting up out of my bed and calling my mom for help and falling out of my bed and then being transported back to where I was laying. I thought that my heart wasn't beating properly and blood wasn't getting to my brain..

That’s scary. Seroquel gave me sleep paralysis before I fell asleep. That med was a nightmare to me.

Okay so I decided to do dry run on the Samoa Pie. It’s in the freezer now. I’m patiently waiting until 9:50 to eat it once it’s set

Got almost all my party stuff. Just need corn on the cob, nasty *** sausages, panko breadcrumbs, and all the seafood.

I'm kinda the odd one out in my cousins on my dads side. I am the only cousin that was born when they all were already in their 20s and making a life for themselves. My dad remarried and had me. I'm the only bio child between them.

But I don't quite understand my moms side cousins. Theres a few young ones but most are still older than me by 5 years or a few more than that.

I'll never really be able to get along with anyone as long as people continue to see me as an outsider.
