I googled "How to lighten my mood".

Isn't that much easier than typing "How to feel less depressed" or something like that? I have a pissed off energy. It's not sadness. It's manic anger or something. But I can't laugh. I was laughing all night and my mood was great but now I can't laugh.

Edit:

Spend time in nature. Take your walk out in the sunshine, or in the rain. ...
Pray. Throughout human history, almost every culture has used prayer in some form. ...
Meditate. ...

I've been telling my therapist about my moods lately and she said to not medicate unless it persists after I get my sleep pattern sorted properly.

Imma just try to ignore this irregular sleep induced mixed state and think happy thoughts!

Yay happy thoughts! Faaaack XD

I see now how sleep patterns can really affect my mental health. When I was 16, I was sleeping 4-5 hours a night for a year and 6-8 months I was hearing voices and having other positive symptoms and was basically manic.. then I got severe severe depression and just crassshhhheeddd then 2mg risperidone and I was sleeping 18 hours a day so I said f that and stopped taking it.. then it got worse..

Is it possible you're moods effect your sleep pattern or is there a reason your therapist think your sleep patterns is causing the moods?

I was feeling down so I made a few notes of what made me feel better and I want to share it.

------------

The side effect of DMT is that you never stop talking about it. It's like the entities want you to share it with everyone to save the world from destruction right before the end is near. Like you've been inducted into some weird secret society.

On the schizophrenia subreddit, people have found a cult website that wants people with schizophrenia to smoke it to cure them and I think that that is really sad. I don't believe AT ALL that you guys should do psychedelics.

And what all the hippies try to explain how the answer to everything gets whispered in the ear and can't remember what that was but the calmness and sense of peace of the answer stays with you. Like you're not allowed to understand it completely but you're left feeling like "Oh.. ok.. Now I don't need to freak out anymore".

You find yourself grasping for the depression and the darkness and it's gone and you're like "Wtf? What is this?". You do it a few times and then the psychedelic says, "Ok. You know what you need to know. But not the whole truth. Now you can run with it".

--------------------

I just feel like I was being pulled in by the devil this morning. Like I don't know which side of the paradox to believe in. All the mystical things aren't true but I know they're true. I have proof myself. I just got slightly delusional.

And that is my story for today.. I'd prefer if you ignore me and just think of this as rhetorical babble. What I'm trying to say is that you don't need to trip when I can tell you about the Gods. Then we can continue to take our antipsychotics and be at peace with ourselves, knowing the secret that we aren't supposed to know 100%. And I believe I'm being very logical right now just by saying that =]

If you look back at your previous post you mention how you slept too much on antipsychotics. and you don't sleep at all on ADHD meds.

Yeah I suppose it only makes sense that I struggle to balance them. But right now I'm not taking Vyvanse today because I feel too awake which is really unusual.

Keep track of your sleeping patterns and report it to your therapist.

My back is still painful af but they've given me this topical muscle rub and it's been a godsend. I'm wondering whether the pain will be with me the rest of my life.

I have to wrap my friend's gift since he's going to be here tomorrow.

The laundry lost my jeans and t-shirt. I still haven't solved my headphones problem.
