My panic attacks are officially gone!

I had a good day today. Woke up.. took a thc gummy, then had a shower.. took a low dose psych, chilled and started reading a book in the sun although it was too hot and I didn't do much reading.. 3 smokers were offering me smokes so I was smoking those.. drinking sangria and beer.. But I was taking such low doses of everything that I was pretty sober the whole day..

I walked to the gas station and bought an energy drink.. drank that.. went back and my moms friend from my old town (In the middle of nowhere) and her daughter (My sisters friend) arrived. We chatted a little then my mom came home from work and started drinking wine.

I forgot about the fact that my mom could drink too much wine with her bf and she asked for her beta blocker (Heart med) so I brought her a glass of water with it and told her to drink just water so she was pretty good about that for the day. My sister and her two friends from the old town (The other friend moved here to work) and her bf started playing music and playing beer darts. She ordered alcohol after we drove to the liquor store to get alcohol. She's underaged so my mom told me to bring my ID. We went to 3 liquor stores. Then they were gonna go in the hot tub but the hotel owner threatened to call the cops so we came back.

My moms friend with bipolar is so sweet. She thinks she's fat even though she's skinny and thinks she's ugly but she's not and has a new bf and he says nice things about her so she was all giddy so he picked her up and they went for a drive.

My mom was complaining about having to work tomorrow as a hotel manager and it's really stressful so she went to bed. I felt sorry for her so I put on my earbuds to listen to music and cleaned the horrible complete mess in the kitchen. It took me an hour to clean up and clean the dishes. She walked into the kitchen and gave me a hug because of it. Poor thing..

I believe the motivation came from all the drugs and meds that I take in conservative dosing. Like nothing crazy about it like when I was a mess and needed to be hospitalized carrying 10-15 types of different drugs in my pocket. Some of them which I stole.

So things are good. Tomorrow is Sunday so I suppose I'll sleep in then do some things in town on Monday and then look for a job on Tuesday. I'll have to sign up for september college courses soon.

So I'm doing good. Sorry for the long post and if it's boring. I'm just doing good mostly because my panic attacks are gone which is the last mental problem that I've solved other than depression and psychosis.

I've noticed that I can never be manic because of my modesty. I'm extremely modest. Like I know moving to Jasper has been really good for me. More than good.. But I'm like "whatever" and don't notice. My moms friend from the old town was talking to my mom and saying good things about me like how I talk more and I have like.. idk, in other words, more of a personality like I'm more social because I'm not depressed anymore. Although I get really sad sometimes but it doesn't last long.

The demons want to kill me. They keep screaming at me. The chanting is the worst. I'm trying to fight them. I have an appointment on Tuesday that I have to get to. I just need to make that appointment. I had to cancel it the last time I went into the hospital. I just need to get to that appointment. Then I can go to the hospital to fix my meds. I know it's cuz the meds aren't right.

Fiance woke up with his eye swollen. I think its fluid that needs to be drained from his tear ducts. (From my personal experience). So I made him a hot towel to put on his eye. Hes calling in to work. Not going.

Just hanging out.
Had a big brunch.
Feeling like crap but pretending I’m good. Took allergy meds, Mucinex, and a prescription cough med. so of course my stomach is a mess.
Gave my daughter her new board yesterday. She loves it!!! Yay.

Is anyone willing to buy maybe the ebook version and submit a review on Amazon for me or on my GoodReads author page?

That would mean a lot to me. It's not a long book. Under 30 pages. All poetry. So the paragraphs are short.

My paperback is 8 dollars If u want it In your hands. But I understand that's a bit expensive. I had to make it that price In order to even make 2 bucks from it.

My ebook is 3 dollars.

Hey guys, just checking in. Been learning some psychological theories with husband, helped us to have a better understanding on how each other’s brain work. I got a new laptop so might be gaming on Steam again, we just need to find a game that we can play together like Stardew Valley. Hope everyone is doing well
