Second week of partial hospital.

Mondays are always the worst, you have to write out your goals for the week and I've always found that super hard.

Just walked a mile home in the heat carrying like 20lbs of clothes with me. I'm sunburnt and worn out, it feels good to be home in the air conditioning

I don't want to go, but I know deep down that I need to go. I know my meds aren't working right, and they can help (hopefully). I'm willing to go, just not yet.
