I have an inner mood when I focus where it's like "Everything is pretty ok" and then when I intentionally increase my awareness (This takes about less than a second to switch from the two through mental thought processing) and I just feel numbness and regretful memories and all this ****.

Ppl used to ask me how I survived only working 15 hours a week , I told them my mom helped me out. I never told that job abt my disability payments or mental illnesses. I was outside smoking w some of them listening to them trash talk ppl on disability that can work .

I believe if I was happier and less numb, I'd be able to tolerate the person that was training me. It just got into my head that he has no friends and sleeps all day, works all night.. just watches TV and does the same repetitive stuff and is on some kind of power trip. Like I have to be worthy to make sure that people don't put wrong numbers on the computer comparing to the debit card machine.

Schizophrenia is just a collection of symptoms. That's all that's real about it.

Same with autism, bipolar.. like bipolar isn't just happy then sad then happy... is it? I think it's a collection of complicated symptoms like schiz

But all that they have in common is that they have to affect the persons life. If I'm psychotic, and it's not affecting my life.. i shouldn't have to take meds.

But government and society doesn't like the fact that it's more likely to cause harm to self or harm to someone else.

Sorry these are thc thoughts. Idk if anyone can understand me. There's different dimensions radiating away from these sentences. (Like the fact that we all have different brains. If a mental illness was real, it wouldn't be a chemical imbalance and instead something wrong with the structure of the brain. A specific structure. A brain that is the same as another would have to have the same DNA.. unless it's a schizophrenia gene that causes a certain chemical imbalance synchronizing with other people with the illness and those are the symptoms??)

I'm gonna talk in group today about how I was hallucinating and delusional yesterday.

Edit: I took a diagnostic test yesterday and clicked "true" for **** like "people are watching me" and "people are plotting against me". That test is gonna come back showing that i'm crazy haha

I am so incredibly bored. I’ve been up since 6. Finished working, took a shower, did 2 loads of laundry, and now I’m on the couch with Netflix and a box of Crunch n’ Munch.
My husband has been out of work for 10 days. He’s been medically signed out until the 8th. He hurt his neck again somehow about a month ago and it’s just not improving. He’s tried the chiro, a round of steroids, and now muscle relaxers. I think his MRI is tomorrow.
Monday is my anniversary

Last week I couldn't move and then they gave me an injection of a muscle relaxer, had rest and then I was 100% better.

Rest is important.

I'm definitely taking a pharmacology course in the winter.

My brains like how the body and brain processes chemicals and the properties of molecules.

But I'll see if I can take a philosophy course in september.
