I think about things way too deeply. I'm always scared of what could happen.

People like me though. I don't know why. Maybe it's just a coincidence in the people that I meet.

I also have another side to me. A different personality that is more easy going, strange, social. I get along with sociopaths because I don't judge. I don't have much opinions on things cuz I see both sides to every argument and I don't involve MYSELF into the matter.

I'm so confused about what thing I am. Am I human? *Looks at hands..* I guess so. Maybe prolonging the injection isn't a good idea. Idk.

I think these little messages that I write on here, I'll read them to my therapist. I don't understand what I'm writing but maybe my therapist can.

Like maybe what I'm writing is symptoms that represent some type of thing.. And then I talk about what happened in my life and why I am this way, etc...

I've mentioned this place to my therapist, I called it an online support group. He seems to like the idea, my past therapists would have probably hated it.

I have done nothing but eat tonight.
I had a bowl of potato salad, and the 2 eggs and toast, then I ate like 1/2 a bag of cherries. I’m trying to decide on what to eat next Roll Call 150

I mentioned you guys in general to my doctor before. He says it’s good but would prefer if I had people around me that lived closer.

I feel sad. I took 100mg seroquel. Idk if it kicked in yet. But it was building up to this.

Down to this.

I wonder when I'll get my review for my SSI. Is it every 3 years?

@falcon09 and @ofthevalley Thank you guys, I think the lack of sleep was really getting to me, sorry about the bizarre posts I'm not really sure what happened it was very confusing, I was able to sleep straight through the night and feel a lot better and am thinking clearly again. 2nd day back on the seroquel, things are starting to get back to normal. Sleep is so important

Going to church and confession in the afternoon/evening. Nervous but I know I'll feel better afterward

The triliptal (moodstabailizer) is working, and it's nice to be off Seroquel. Seroquel worked for 2 weeks, then I had to up it, then it would be okay for 2 weeks, then up it until I got up to 300mgs, and then heart palpitations because there is an interaction with Geodon. I think Triliptal is a better long term solution for me. Also, I felt an inkling of emotion this morning, so I went to Panera Bread. I had a breakfast sandwich and a coffee.
