Glad it's helping! I also take Trileptal, have been on it for a few years now and it's helped so much

Morning!
Getting ready to head off with Gram. I think I’ll bring her shopping today. I have to return a pair of shorts and the store is right next to The Paper Store...Grams favorite. So I think we’ll do that after breakfast. It’ll kill some time too. I cannot just sit at the kitchen table and stare at her. Sucks because her eyesight is so bad. She has macular degeneration and is now legally blind. Pretty sure she said she can only see black shadows out of her right eye. I do not want to get old.
Other than that just going to see my guy and his wife for a few.
It’s going to be very hot with thunderstorms today.
That’s about it for me.

I got an invitation to a brunch/retirement celebration next month of the nun that ran the program when I became Catholic. She's amazing, she's either 88 or 89 years old and has been a nun for 70 years, since she was 18, she's still completely on point and quick as if she were in her 40's or something, such an awesome woman

Glad you're feeling better, sleep is incredibly important. If I go without sleep for even one night I'm nearly psychotic or manic usually, or both.

Almost done with season 2 of Stranger Things, Bingewatching makes me feel lightheaded, probably because I need to eat.

I need to make a list of things to do cuz my thoughts are disorganized and I can't think about certain things.

I feel really spaced out.

I might take a weed gummy. I don't feel happy.

I might go to the gym and see if I feel better. The weed gummy will have kicked in by then but I took a benzo and an olanzepine so it isn't too strong.

I have very low confidence in myself right now. My inspiration is almost completely dead.

But I'll try to make an effort to go to the gym every day for half an hour.

I need to get a gym membership. I normally can go for free with my college ID but since I'm not in classes right now I can't. I've just been walking a ton, staying up and physically active during the day and yoga plus some exercises like situps and crunches

Had T today even though it’s Saturday. It was pretty helpful. I’m feeling a bit better now since seeing T. I wish I could see her more often. Hugs Kit

Something about this time of day makes me so sleepy.
Everyone’s doing their own thing. I’m going to close my eyes.

Same here, I'm exhausted even though I slept all night and took an hour nap earlier. Making some coffee now

There are some truly awesome lectures by The Great Courses company. I've listend to some of them so much that I've memorized them. Painting affords me to do that though. If I just sit down and listen I wont consume them as well as if im working and listening to them. There's something about mindless activity, even while scaling a steep roof with 2 by 4's at an existential risk of dying, that helps me memorize the lectures. What a time to be alive to be able to listen to oxford professors while making a living while painting.
