What do schizophrenia voices sound like? Do they sound like different people. Or your own thoughts. Are they there some days and not others? Does it sound like if a real outside person said something to you or is it internal like thoughts?

I don’t often hear voices but when I do it’s usually a whisper in my ear. Like it sounds like a person but not a specific person and it sounds outside of my head.

For me, it sounded like a real person in the same room as me.

Ok let me give you a scenario. So for some reason tonight I thought about putting my finger in my belly button. Random thought when changing the t.v. channel. Accompanied by the thought dont tickle my belly button. Is that a schizophrenic type thought?
