I want to know from people who experienced psychosis .

Both changed for me.

But I got an increase In intellect but my personality did a 180. It's not the exact same but i retain qualities from my past.

Even though a lot of things have changed about me I'm still the same person at the core, so I'd say no, my personality hasn't changed and intellect has stayed the same except I have some minor cognitive issues like memory problems and trouble focusing but that could be from meds as well.

Just look at how meds change the brain function by stimulating receptors .

Am sure a lot of things change and probably persona at least if not the intelect too.
