This is a new symptoms. Im not diagnosed with schizophrenia, even tho I had transient psychotic episodes that put me in the hospital. I have BPD only.
I'm starting to hear voices inside my head recently (a few months ago). I remember last year there was a period, before my hospitalization, where I started to hear thoughts in my head, they were voices with diferent personalities. Males, females....But after months they went away.
Now I hear voices like they are thoughts. They come from my mind but I don't think them, they appear automatically. I call them voices even tho they are not auditory. The weird thing, they appear only when I'm with others, in social situations, it's rare when I'm by myself. I don't know why.
So when I'm with others, I start hearing full sentences, that make sense. For example, I was getting a massage yesterday. When I entered the room I suddenly heard voices. These voices mimicked the lady that was massaging me. For 50 mins they didnt shut up.
They say things like "how are you? Im fine. Bad weather today. " etc so neutral sentences. In rare situations they are negative, like "kill yourself, kill others, kill" but very rarely.

Tomorrow I'm going to see my psychiatrist finally after months. I'm afraid of telling him this. I'm afraid he'll say I have schizophrenia. I dont know how to start this conversation. I dont know why the voices appear when I'm with others only.

I'm starting to isolate myself so I dont have these voices all the time. They make me feel anxious, and very distracted.

Could be intrusive thoughts?

I had someone evaluating me once tell me if you hear voices inside your head that's intrusive thoughts, which are annoying but a lot of people get them, but if you literally hear them that's auditory hallucinations.

Hi, This is a tricky situation as most Doctors will tell you are Schizophrenic or hallucinating 24/7 I have the same problem, though now believe that it's EH or RNM via WBAN networks.

You may want to read up about the technology and contact a specialist at your own leisure.

I hope this is useful to you .

I have bp 1 and get these a fair bit. I feel it is
sort of a pre-psychotic indicator, as I do have lots of actual voices and visual hallucinations, too at times. The line between bp1 w psychosis and schizoaffective disorder bipolar type is blurry if there even is one. It is just a word, don't get hung up on it.

Hugs.

I wonder if Cyber Torture will be acknowledged by the end of this decade as it's got more victims now than ever!
