If it’s ringing for fifteen minutes, loud and hard to turn off I doubt you’ll sleep through it even with meds...you could also cut back on sleep aids you’re using though ...

Yeah I have to put my phone all the way on the other side of the room when I need to get up at a certain time so I have to stand up and walk over to turn it off. Otherwise I can set 15 alarms on max volume and sleep through them all. Key is to not lay back down afterward. Stay up, maybe take a walk outside, get a cup of coffee, take a shower

I feel drained and lethargic. I got a headache and a bit of nausea.

I spent all night on tinychat. I met an Australian guy, a guy in a thong, an asshole perv (But nice about it), a German woman with chronic fatigue syndrome and a woman that listens to Joe Rogan. They were nice people. Had a good chat.

I feel like we should all have our own tinychat room and could talk about mental health stuff.

Or is there something like that on discord? Idk how to use discord..

Anyways now I sleep..

Good morning everyone. Still depressed, but I guess that is my new normal. I didn't SH last night though. I went shopping with my Mom after work to buy this sweater my sister wants for Christmas (she sends me her list pretty early) and then went to dinner with my Dad, just him and I. We just had tacos but it was nice. When I got back home I took a picture of him in front of his old truck (20 y.o. but only 100k miles on it) that he donated today to a charity. He got a new truck a couple of months ago, still it's sad to see the old one go. It's been in my family for more than half of my life! Then I just laid in bed until I got sleepy. Today I'm at work. Not much going on yet. We'll see how the day goes. HUGS to all who one want, Kit

I think because I've been too busy to eat past 2 weeks, my stomach has shrunk. Ugh. I can literally eat only very little. I ate too much right now. I feel sick.
