When I go through withdrawals for some reason, It sounds like a fan passes my ears and then stops, then suddenly again, and stops. Maybe stress is making it worse... I wish I was half as strong as I use to be.

I'm watching 90 day fiance. Which is a reality show where american people marry foriegners. Then I'm gonna watch Unexpected. It's a teen pregnancy reality show.

I love reality shows.

I'm throwing up and dizzy. But I'm not nauseous. I feel fine. Idk why. I walked over to fiances desk looking for something and I started coughing and then I threw up. I thought maybe it was cuz the litter box smelled bad. But idk. I'm starting to wonder if its cuz I'm dehydrated. I barely drank any water past two days. Like maybe 3 or 4 water bottles total in 2 days. Less than usual. And I been in the heat half the time past 2 days. I was feeling very dizzy and sick yesterday. And I didnt eat but a bag of chips and a sandwich yesterday.

On Abilify I had that rapid flexing of my ankles and feet. It wasn't as bad as it could have been though.

If this is all there is to life, I'd be so relieved. It would all be meaningless and there would be no consequences. Everything I regret would have no importance after all. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure there is an afterlife and a whole universe of spirit life. And all this is designed to help us become better beings. It sounds exhausting but I think it's true.
