I'm not sick. But I'm not sure I can stay safe with this possession and I'm scared I'll be controlled into doing something bad. Maybe I'll check in to keep myself and others safe idk...

Me too. I cooked breakfast for my Dad and me around 6:30 AM because he was getting set to leave for AZ for four days. It's only 9:45 AM and I'm already hungry again. Sigh. I think it's the AP. I never used to have this problem until I started the AP.

I'm worried about my Dad going on the trip for four days. Both of my parents were supposed to go but my Mom is sick with a sore throat and didn't feel up to going. I get worried something bad is going to happen to him like car trouble, car accident, have to go to the hospital, dying etc. It's part of the GAD I think. It's about a seven hour drive from where we live. So I won't hear from him until maybe 3 o'clock that he got there okay.

Went out for a walk to the library. I was scared to but I went. It felt very strange and awkward. Not sure why. But I brought water and wore sunscreen because of the thorazine, I've read a lot of people have sun sensitivity with it. I also took a shower and did the dishes

My friend is coming over Sunday to hang out. I've missed hanging out with him since I've been isolating a lot, we always have a good time and I don't want to be completely alone the whole weekend
