Bro from what I know now, you have PTSD , schizophrenia and you consider to be psychopathic too, what else? What actually you are diagnosed with ?
Are you scared of these homicidal ideations ? if the answer is YES, it is probably HARM OCD |

So I dont know what is this tbh. I dont know too much about schizophrenia.
But I think it might be a part of schizophrenia. Are this ideations are unwanted ? Like popping to your mind unconsciously? |

So yeath its probably a part of schizophrenia or harm ocd.
I dont see a need to worry. Because logically u know, u dont have a reason to do smth like that and it will have consequences. I know it might be a little disturbing, but having some thoughts or ideations doesnt mean you will act out on it. And I see you dont want to have these thoughts/ideations, so it doesnt sound as a person who's gonna do smth, that doesnt want to. Dont try to fight these thoughts, because it can intensify them. Just let them flow thru you with knowing that they are illogical and you dont have a need to smth like that. With time they might disappear. |

I don' know if you will find this of any help, but I have homicidal idealizations as well. I have since I was around 23. Since then i have not actually been diagnosed with schizophrenia or BPD but that is what my therapist have been looking towards. I am now in the process of getting into an actual psychiatrist so that i can finally be diagnosed. But since the homicidal thoughts started I have also had many voices in my head, hallucinate both visually and tactically, and also seem to lose reality sometimes. Suicidal thoughts happen a lot also. So it could be possible that it could be the Schizophrenia or a type of it since that is what they are thinking for me. But just remember that no two people are alike. A lot of mental illnesses like to mock each other making it hard to know exactly which one you may or may not have. But i do wish you the best. Like the others have said, just don't dwell on them to much. I have noticed when I do that my other symptoms tend to get worse as well and then i start to obsess over it all.
