I don't have a couch. Or recliner . Lol just a bed and kitchen table. But I live in a studio. I will probably get one whenever I'm able to move.

Fiances not home.

I'm not feeling well. I think I'm getting a cold or worse. I took my temperature at about 6pm it was normal. Took it now, it's a bit higher. My throat and nose feels dry. My head hurts and is foggy. I been sneezing a bit and chilly. I'm someone who doesnt sneeze a lot. Like at all.

I gotta goto work tomorrow. I cant sleep tho cuz I dont feel well.

This is the first time in a long time where I laid in bed the whole time and didnt sleep. Sometimes I goto sleep, sometimes I just get up, but I've been in bed all night. My thoughts going and going. I came up with some pretty clever ideas that I've pretty much lost now.

I hope I dont have vaping illness. I'm starting to get anxiety.

And then what for? We are taught to get an education in order to make money to live comfortably, but what for, man? To ****ing be able to cushion the blow of death? So we are basically taught to work and then made to work, so that our death years (65-95) are easier on us. That **** don't make sense. Like. It seems like this world is just idk meant to build God's army for something. But idk what man. We gotta keep fighting the Angel's in heaven so god can keep his throne."

Since the fish oil is working to some extent I decided to try an algae based omega 3 my friend recommended, it’s plant based without the heavy metals. I also got some b12 because I’m not eating as much meat. So I’m up to 3 supplements a day with the vitamin d.
