I'm having all the symptoms of geodon withdrawal. Even wanting to hurt myself. I called my doctor 3 times and they didnt answer the first two. And the 3rd time the receptionist said "well it takes time for them to do preauthorization. They gotta fill out forms and everything, so you're gonna have to wait"

I called my pharmacy and I told them just send it to a local pharmacy, I'll pay the out of pocket fees.

Fiance is paying the out of pocket fees for me, cuz I'm so ill.

But anyway the reason he wants to see me is because he thinks he can do some "tweaking" of my thoughts. He does CBT therapy which I don't like, but with a religious bent I guess. I'm not good at knowing what my thoughts are, but he got me to be able to tell him a couple of thoughts just standing there talking in the sanctuary. He asked me what meds I'm on. I don't know whether to tell him about the Self Harm and hallucinations and stuff or just keep it simple since it's only two sessions. I have to ask my T first though because you aren't supposed to see two T's at one time. But he said he isn't trying to steal me away from current T, he just thinks he has some techniques that might help. IDK what do you guys think? HUGS Kit

I think you should try it, cbt works great for me Roll Call 153

I’m not sure what time you’re going to bed, but I go a nine mostly so I don’t miss half the day.

I go to sleep around midnight. Maybe if I fell asleep around 9 I'd wake up at 9 or 10 and not feel like I'm missing so much of the day.

I'm just worried because you have to talk about your thoughts and I have trouble recognizing my thoughts. The AP has made it worse. It's like I have zombie brain. I have had CBT therapists tell me that I have many thoughts per second. I don't know what they are. So I'm not sure CBT is good for me. I had a CBT therapist for four sessions and we didn't get anywhere.

I've found CBT very helpful as well

Mindfulness could help you with focusing on your thoughts

It also focuses on behavior, so like what you do changes how you think. If you can’t get at it one way a good T will find another.

I'm sure you don't. But don't buy any THC cartridges or anything else illegal.
