Imaging being spied on and contacted by a spy agency. Is it possible that a schizophrenic person act upon that?E.G sending secret messages to the "agent" and such.

Imagining is different than being spied on. Is it imagination or is it that you think you are being spied on?

If this were actually happening, to someone without schizophrenia. That they KNEW this were happening, saw evidence of it, and were totally sure it was happening- would they act on it?

Yes. Because they believe it is happening with all their heart. It is real- to them.

So my answer is- if a schizophnreic believes they have all of the above- even if it isnt actuallu happening- if they really believe it was- yeah- they would probably act on it. Just like someone who this was actually happening to would act on it.

It depends on the extent they believe it. If theres doubt- acting on it would be less likely. If there wasnt, it would be more
