Yup, but made a modification that I'm sure my therapist and doctor will be against. I haven't told either of them yet.

I feel like I don't need anti-anxiety meds, yet my doctor keeps prescribing them for me.

I'm not obligated to take the anti-anxiety meds, am I? That was the modification I mentioned. Not taking the anti-anxiety meds.

I get a shot and it does wonders. I am grateful for this convenience because I forget to take my medication when I'm psychotic.

If you are taking benzos, you need to be careful about tapering down and not stopping cold turkey. Stopping suddenly can cause serious issues.

But I tend to agree with you that you shouldn't take them if you feel you can do without them.

Well, maybe I can't do without them.

I just feel like whenever I disobey my doctor, bad things happen.

I decided to take everything as normal today. I'll talk to my doctor when I see him next.

i did and now i have to fill my med boxes again, i got a new one so i can do 2 weeks fill if i want to. I am so danged tired of taking meds, 12 in the morning, 7 in the afternoon and 11 in the evening after i eat.
Benzos are wicked to withdraw from, I had to do it 2x and both times i ended up in the hospital having what seemed like a forced withdrawal the first one was 10 weeks and the second 4 weeks. If you are doing it at home just be careful and follow you doctors instructions and don't be afraid to call them if you run into a problem.

They do make smaller ones and even gummies

Thanks, these are prescribed by my doctor....so I don't think I have a choice in the size.
