Not worth it. One cigarette and you wont stop smoking after that. It's not worth it.

Read the book by Alan carr - how to stop smoking the easy way. Its the best and easiest way to quit smoking.
I bought that book sometime in the 2000's but never read it. Usually my vape is enough to keep me happy but I keep getting dry hits lately and not getting enough nicotine. So you are probably right.

Yeah.. I have nicotine spray to keep me happy.. But it has to go! We need to stop this madness! If you think down deeply to it, it's madness! What are we doing? Our brains are like (As said in the book,), "To feed the little nicotine monster!"..

Just be careful please

Phenibut has potential for abuse, addiction, and physical dependency

It has nasty withdrawals.

I want one that just says "they lie"

I'm really scared. I think the voices are back. And the delusions.

So last night while I was watching Godzilla movies I tried the other kind of disposable I got. It's ok although I still prefer that first kind because it looks like a pack of gum. It's got a strong throat hit and I suspect it has a high level of nic salts. It's really nice to not bother with a fire button.

It's cold out this morning in the shade.

You might like the NJOY brand of disposable ecigs. You can get them in like a carton like real cigs. They look exactly like real cigs and feel like it too. As opposed to like Blu or other disposable ecigs. And the throat hit is one of the strongest versus other disposable ecig brands. I used those a very long time, like a year, before I went to what ecigs are now, with a fire button and having to refill the tank and everything.

Thanks for the tip. I don't think I ever tried those. I really do prefer my box mod to the disposables but I love the convenience.

Yea 1 NJOY will last a week with constant puffing. And you may not do vape all the time so it may last twice as long.

Went to the library and got a few books. I'm almost finished with Atomic Habits, just about 40 pages left. It's really good.

Next week I'll be pretty busy. Going to the laundromat, grocery shopping, to the doctor to get a physical, to the science museum and then I'm going to church Saturday evening. Also have to have maintenance come over and fix my showerhead.

How do you read so fast? And how do you have the ability to focus on a book for so long?

I used to be able to read like that all the time, it's just coming back to me now after years of struggling to focus. I turn my phone off, get rid of all distractions, and get myself a nice cup of coffee or tea to make it relaxing and dim the lights with just my small side table light. If I make it a cozy experience it's easier. I think it just gets to be a habit and easier the more you do it, I used to procrastinate a lot with books but I'm able to read a lot everyday now, depending on what's going on I can read 100 to 200 pages a day, if I have the whole day and I'm in the mood I can read a whole book

When I was in high school I could read a lot. I had a summer job at a library for three months and read all the Harry Potter books while working. I read the last book in a day.

If I’m in a mood I can read a lot still. I was trying to read before I go to bed but I would read like 20 pages and start to get sleepy. Fell out of habit again.

Call the pdoc if you’ve been taking the meds correctly, check that pillpack hasn’t shorted you again.

My reg T has taken me outside before. It's helped. She also has a weighted blanket that's really good.

Went to the library, filled out a volunteer form, and I start Tuesday.

About to go to the fair with my uncle, cousin, and grandfather.
