I must go into phases of mania sometimes with how INTO i get into researching things and temporary obsessions like an aspie thing. But aspies have long term obsessions. I just get obsessed with something cool then get bored and get obsessed with something else and it's great!

I was depressed earlier cuz of the energy drink crash lol

It doesn't mean you are stupid. It technically means you were being hypocritical while you were writing that. You were saying that judging is a stupid thing to do, at least that's how I read it. Not that people who judge are stupid people. I don't think you would outright call someone stupid, ignorant maybe, but not stupid. IRL at least. We all know the internet is a little different. Inhibitions get lowered and sometimes people say things they don't necessarily mean and would not say IRL ever. You are very intelligent. Don't put yourself down like that.

The first time I was depressed was when I was 10. Then I was basically manic until 12. Then I became so anhedonic and then was abused until I was 16, became manic and slept 4-5 hours a night for a year, then started hearing voices and went psychotic then I was depressed and told my mom about it and she took me to a doctor. Then my step dad attacked me and I attempted suicide and slept 18 hours a day and was too depressed at 17 then got even more agitated than I was when I was 16, tried cough syrup at 18, did drugs in the psych ward, put on abilify and did more risky things then did research chemicals.

Then I did psychedelics and now I feel like I was before anhedonia.

I was laying in bed and couldn't do anything and now I'm ecstatic but I'll take the sleep meds and go to sleep cuz I learned to keep a proper sleep schedule or else I'm screwed.

Yeah that's true. People that judge aren't stupid. I'm just so non-judgemental cuz my narcissistic step dad was so judgemental and I hate him.

Not necessarily. There are ways in which I should've been more judgmental in my youth I have realized.
