Maybe nibble and graze throughout the day/night on veggie sticks and hummus? That's low fat. If I were doing my own food, I'd have better suggestions. I'm hungry too. I eat too much candy, I should cut way back. But I have anxiety here and boredom and candy helps.

On the positive side, I got my meds including my inhaler! My friend's friend called this morning to the nurse supervisor and I got my meds!!! I'm wondering who lied and said I got them last night. Whoever it is they should be sent to jail for six months at least.

I dissociated bad this morning and didn't get to group on time and the T couldn't get ahold of me at all. He called in a welfare check on me. I was basically coming out of dissociation with a cop in front of me, that was fun... /sarcasm.

Thanks Yeah, I don't have any junk food at all in my house. Lots of vegetables and fruit and healthy stuff like oatmeal, almond milk, turkey sausage, wheat bread, etc. It's just frustrating being hungry all the time.
