Depressed today and having some hallucinations. I've been really tired though so I don't know if that is adding to it. Trying to just be kind to myself and take it kind of easy. Work doesn't seem too bad today so maybe that will help. I might get kind of bored though and that can be bad for the depression. At least tonight I don't have anything to do after I get off work except get gas in my car. I've already had two therapy appointments this week during the evenings, and I had class on Tuesday night. Tonight and tomorrow night I can just take it easy. Oh and I have to do the therapy homework. Fun (not). HUGS to anyone who wants one, Kit

Only like 45 minutes left of work!!! Yeah! I invited some friends over for dinner this weekend. I texted them last night, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. It's okay if they can't, or have something else going on, I just wish I knew whether or not they were coming, and which day they preferred, Saturday or Sunday.

I'm thinking spaghetti, salad, bread, and peach cobbler. It's a couple and they have three kids so I thought that was a good family kind of meal. And they love my peach cobbler, which is funny, because I just dump the ingredients in a pan...hardly any work at all!!

I’ve got a rain shower head it totally makes a difference...but part of me is kinda proud of you for enjoying showering now...I know it wasn’t always the case.

That’s not good, I’m sure no one has poisoned your food and you’re very real to me. Do you think it’s the stress from the earlier snafu at your appointment?

I'm not sure, I wasn't really too worried about it. I mean it was annoying but I can go in tomorrow. This has been going on for awhile. I used to be constantly worried about being poisoned, now it comes and goes. It might last an hour or so but when it's happening it scares me

I would make sure to tell the pdoc about this it’s like your psychosis is going in and out or something. It might just go away the longer you’re stable though, fingers crossed.

Aw thanks. It's weird. I have to make myself get in, but once I'm in I like it. It makes it easier that the bathroom is still fresh n clean from moving in.
