That's a good suggestion. I used to walk to and from Brooklyn everyday and it kept my anxiety pretty low. It gave me a sense of well being. You just need comfortable walking shoes (and maybe earbuds/headphones). @Blue_Bird

I have some injury on my tongue since Friday or Thursday. I either bit it really hard (which I don't remember) or it's oral cancer or something. The pain is horrible when I try to eat and drink. I hope the appointment you have will help with the pain.

My tongue thing is on the right side and farther back. I wish I had said something earlier because they do nothing when you first report an issue for 3 days. They take the approach of waiting three days before they do something. It hurts like hell. It's infected I'm pretty sure.

Missed one of my favorite Voyager eps today. The one where Reg Barclay makes contact with Voyager for the first time.

Are you tired from the propranolol? Doesn’t it block the effects of adrenaline or something like that?

I'm not sure, I just know it's a beta blocker, it helps with the physical symptoms of anxiety, (racing heart, shaking, panic attacks)

My morning meds already make me tired then I took that so I was pretty tired for a few hours, I'm starting to wake up fully now though

I don't want to jinx it but my tongue is a little better today! After almost a week and I'm so glad. It still hurts but not quite as bad.

I don't want to eat. I just want my vape. Wish I could fast forward until 1:20. I guess I raised my nicotine again with my stealth vaping at night. That's not good.

I hope everyone is ok.
