It all lasted about an hour and then I talked with my sister for half an hour and slowly felt better (She wants to get into nursing school to be a psych nurse). It must have been some sort of temporary schiz environmental trigger.

I believe that environmental factors in schizophrenia are like what happened to me last week but on a larger and more prolonged scale, causing neuroplasticity in the brain.

On another note to everyone, neuroplasticity is learning. To relearn is to unlearn and then learn again which is very hard to do (Schools don't teach this. They just teach memorization). Antipsychotics dampen neurotransmitters (You see on the "Site/Ki (nM)/Action" chart of risperidone - It all being an antagonist or inverse agonist (Blocker) of neurons) to decrease activity in the brain. Psychedelics do the opposite of this (And of antipsychotics) but tend to be black and white in their therapeutic effects. *Just food for thought*.

Thanks Desoxyn, that's interesting.

Usually talking to someone in person helps keep me grounded in reality when that happens

Appointment went well. Was quick and easy. Just submitted all the paperwork/documentation.

Cleaned my bathroom. Left a message for maintenance to come fix something. Just relaxing with an iced coffee now

My partner for today was a no call, no show. So i have to fix this cold garage myself, and pick up all of his equipment he left here after I'm done.

Thanks, most stuff doesn't trigger me but something like that really does. Yeah, I'm probably going to reward myself for calling maintenance over with an iced coffee w/ almond milk and a bit of sugar. Normally I just have it black. But it will be a treat.

Kind of disappointed because my friends that I invited over for dinner can't come this weekend. They said it is too busy of a weekend for them. It's okay. We will do it another time. But I am still kind of disappointed. I was kind of looking forward to it. I guess though I don't have to clean my room as much. I guess that's something.

I can’t believe they’re going to miss peach cobbler....it’s never too busy for that.

Sorry you’re feeling bad, for me my T had me write out five self care things I could do while at work...ie things like smelling an essential oil or feeling a piece of velvet kept in my pocket or whatever. Small things that help.

So training is officially over. We were given the option to stay in touch with the trainer and trainees. I think I will. Especially the trainer. She said we have to reach out tho, she can't reach out to us to stay in touch after training.

She invited me to be in a 2 support groups. One is hers and the other she is just the moderator. So that's neat.

I'm pretty positive I passed. I think with a 100, too. But we will see in a couple of weeks.
