But I did tell her she needs to do 2 things
One is reassess her stress levels and look into those dozens of vitamins shes putting in her body.

Well that's just it. That's the initial feeling, before i get filled with anxiety. It's like the feeling of doom coming across your body. Almost like If I fell from a tall height. You feel that initial thud before all the other pain starts to flood in next.

I don’t make a habit of weighing myself anymore but I weighed myself a couple weeks ago and weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost about 10 lbs so that’s pretty cool. I haven’t been going to the gym much lately and I haven’t changed my eating really so I’m think it must be from switching up meds. Pretty cool. If I tried a little more I could lose more but I don’t want to go crazy with it.

I might buy some ice cream tomorrow after going to the doctor for a reward. I'm probably weird for wanting ice cream when it's 10 degrees out. Oh well lol
