Yeah has got like two inhalers and stuff....but he still has the occasional chocolate despite it all.

I was looking up red sauce that doesn’t cause it and I found a recipe that had bicarbonate(baking soda) in it to neutralize it...apparently it works for some people but I’m not sure how it affects taste.

I don’t have reflux but the Dr told me to stay away from nuts and chocolate due to the acne. I’m like no.....I love chocolate but I really don’t have it that often. And I love Pasta.

Hi guys. Therapy went well tonight. Regular T was trying to get me to see that SH isn't the problem, its what's underneath it. And she wants me to let myself feel anything and everything that I feel and not stuff it down or punish myself for feelings. She just wants me to care about myself. I'm so not upset anymore. I feel accepted by regular T. I think Pastor T cares about me in his own way. We talked about the visual hallucinations I was having this weekend also, and that was helpful. She knew I was scared and she gave me some ideas for dealing with the hallucinations. I feel like I have a few more options than I did before. It was a scary hallucination and it freaked me out. But now I have something else to try when or if it comes back. So that's good. Hugs. Kit

I wish I didnt have to stay home from work, but I have to, with ssa rules, or whatever.

But idk. I just dont see the next few days off as being something good.

Like idk. I dont want to be in my head. Not now anyway. Now isnt a good time.

Just starting to feel depressed about everything right now. Cant sleep.

My pokemon sword from amazon is coming tomorrow.

But it says arrival by 11pm. That's the latest I've ever seen amazon deliver from their independent mail carriers. I've actually had a package come at 9pm once.

I slept late today, so I didn't get to the doctor yet again. It's a little ridiculous that they require you to be at their door at 7am, especially when I have to walk part of the way and take the bus so I'd have to get up at 5 and leave the house around 6.

I'd say I'd try again tomorrow but it's been 3 days in a row I haven't gotten myself there so idk.
