Still not feeling well. Thought about going to the hospital last night but one they usually just send me home after like 8 hours so I was like, do I really want to spend the whole night in the ER? Nope. Two, if I did get hospitalized, I would be there over Thanksgiving and that would probably make me feel worse. I just reached out to some people IRL and got through the night. Still feeling crappy but y'know....hanging in there. HUGS to all, Kit

Sorry you’re still feeling bad....for me I have to do fun stuff when I’m in the mild depression stage and it pulls me out of it. Usually I do the pick three technique. Three fun things, three different senses all at once.

That's what I do too now. I also have wrote up an instruction sheet about how to do that and gave it to my clients.

This reminded when I was working, I had this female co worker that was always nice to me. She resigned before I did. At her last day she kissed me a bit too long on the cheek. I thought it was going to be cheek to cheek kiss, which is common here, you bump your cheeks to each other. But no, she kissed me with her lips. I was too shocked to say or do anything. Then she left while crying. Later on my male co worker told me that she had a crush on me.

I feel like my mom and stepdad might be talking crap about me behind my back. They talk crap about my sister and her husband to me and between each other. And they really like my sister so idk. They say stuff like "they are in debt" or "they shouldn't have done this and that" etc. Like they laugh and all kinds of things.

No it's not. I've been thinking about this the past year or 6 months. I try not to think about it. Also cuz I asked them for money and when they started (well my stepdad) asking questions I ignored them.

Let’s say it is true? I think a lot of people gossip, it’s not good but generally they’re just making convo they don’t necessarily mean it outside the heat of the moment. It doesn’t mean they don’t love you etc.
