I woke up at 2am, couldnt really sleep. I've got all these idea running through my head, but they are valid, semi-thought through ideas. May be slightly hypomanic, but not enough I dont think to be considered hypomanic. I'm largely just excited about life right now.

Just be careful the lack of sleep can throw you into either mania or depression quickly......

I thought mine did too, but no, it starts today.

But I'm wondering something. I wonder if I could get a job at a newspaper company doing a column or something on mental health. So I'm wondering about a major in school, but then I also have my eye on a specific company too.

You don’t need to pick a major right away....see how well you do in English for example first....it’s harder than you think to distinguish yourself in college....

No, I do know. I've been in multiple colleges. But I need some kind of major soon, because I have all my basics except for 2 or 3.

Hi everyone. I was pretty calm yesterday and so far I feel pretty calm today. That's great, it's just kind of odd for me. I'm used to being anxious or depressed. No hallucinations last night, so that was good. Therapy went well. He seemed really pleased with the work I had done in between sessions. I'm still not really sure what he wants from me. But that's okay. I guess we will figure it out. My knee is back to hurting. It was hurting all last night. Like I couldn't straighten it all the way and when it was in the bent position it still hurt. I iced it for about an hour this morning, and then I put some heat on it. I might try some Aspercream or icy hot. I'm not sure if it is the tendon or the muscle. If this keeps up, I might go to the doctor, or I just might wait until next month when I see my PCP anyway. 10mg olanzepine knocked me out last night. Had a horrible dream of being in school again. I keep having dreams about being in a catholic school in Ireland. Almost every night. It's recurring horrible dreams.

Good afternoon everybody, I hope you all are hanging in there today.

I'm doing better today than I was yesterday, feeling less numb but still somewhat writers blocked. I try to write what I'm feeling here and in my journal but I keep staring at the screen and all I can say is I feel confused. But I guess that's what dealing with death does to you.

I have nightmares about being in school, too. I used to have them so often I had to take meds for them (which really helped).

Most of my dreams last night were lucid. I knew I could easily wake up but I decided to just keep dreaming.. There was people behind glass windows watching me fly in the sun. Then it was raining and miserable and I couldn't fly anymore. I walked over to one of the open glass windows and they showed me my granddaughter. She had a brain tumour. I took off my sunglasses so she could see me and I was crying for her.

A lot of my dreams involve me being in retail, even though I haven't worked in retail since 2016. But I constantly have dreams about trying to make sales numbers, or helping customers with ridiculous requests. Then sometimes I have bad scary dreams that aren't about retail. I rarely dream about my current job.

I went to wing stop for the first time today. Its interesting. Havent ate yet. But got enough for my dad, me, and fiance. 30 pack of wings with fries and veggies.
