I think I need to stop subscribing to digital book services and just getting physical books again. Or on Kindle maybe because I have one of those...
I mainly read physical books but I do have a Kindle Paperwhite which is great because it doesn't have all the distractions of the Kindle Fire.

The kindle paperwhite has a crazy battery life, is it 30 days? It's just insane. Plus all the free books you can get. Is it possible to go to guttenbergprojext and download from there?

The kindle book readers are insanely small tho. So I went with a fire kindle.

I feel so much better today. I took 150mg of Seroquel last night. I want to increase the Seroquel back to 100mg every night because even though I get tired, I feel much better (Even on day 23 of the injection).

I don't think I'll increase the injection back to 21 days. I might. I want to try 100mg Seroquel at night first.

Antipsychotics make me feel kinda good!

I went for a long walk today as well. Good exercise. Took 1 gram of phenibut today (I'm tolerant to 1 gram). I'll slowly decrease that and take one alprazolam every night for a week and then stop once I'm on the 100mg of Seroquel. I might take a few PRN 5mg olanzepines until Friday when I see my doctor. He'll refill the Vyvanse, Seroquel, acne cream.. And.. that's it? Yeah.. Then I have a week left of atenolol and I'll see him 7 days later to refill that and have another talk with him.

So far I have it all organized and kept track of. Yesterday I couldn't keep track of what I was on and phenibut withdrawal also exacerbates psychosis. But the Seroquel made me more clear minded.

I'm gonna research investing for a bit cuz I have all this energy and maybe do other things. I might take a 5mg olanzepine after and start reading. It seems like a stimulant or antipsychotic allows me to calm down but in different ways (Stimulant allows me to focus and antipsychotic takes away distractive thoughts).. Y'know???

I've also been intermittent fasting 20 hours and eating for 4 hours every 24 hours. I did that 3 days in a row. I get to eat at 8pm. It's giving me more energy (But also making my irritability a bit worse which is expected). I'm gonna do this for 3-4 weeks and see how my mood has changed.

I want to be energized and feel like an ESTP..

I had an ice cold shower today after the walk.

Watching a lot of self improvement videos on YouTube. About being more productive, mastering new habits/breaking bad ones, healthy eating, and other stuff.

I'm sad about my diminishing mental ability. I always hoped I'd not have it, but here it is. If I get fish oil they'll take it away and make me ask the nurse to get it every damned day.

Like they did with my lozenges. I wish I could go home.

The vape store owner claimed that someone from MA came and bought up his whole stock of disposables. I don't know about that, but he was out of them (the illegal ones).

He sold my friend a Juul knock off I never heard of before, that looks like it produces a lot of vapor. So I'm thinking it won't work for my purposes but I'd rather have it than not. He was so sweet today. He brought me a long stemmed rose, it's gorgeous. And my other friend (besides my bestest) who kicked me out of his life 10 years ago reportedly said he forgives me and let me decide if I want to write to him, which I do. I'm guessing my bf told him about my diagnoses.

So, I have mixed feelings about all that. I guess my friend knows I'm in a nursing home too.

Morning

I spent the usual Sunday with my family, visiting and doing laundry. It was a beautiful day outside--sunny and cool again.

This morning I woke up not feeling so hot--tired with a sore throat, so I slept in a bit to get some extra rest. I'm feeling better now.

Hope everyone is hanging in there today.

I’m guessing your weather is a lot better than here.....it’s cold 🥶 remnants from an ice and snow storm are still on the ground.

Good morning! Slept without benzos last night. 10-11 hours of sleep. I was really tired at 6:30pm after eating after my fast. Good thing I have quetiapine. Running out of quetiapine so I might use olanzepine this week.

Yeah, it's been in the high seventies here lately which I don't like. I want some winter weather when it's winter time. lol

I went to the store, took the trash out, took a 15 minute walk, and did the dishes. Not much but it's fairly productive for me right now

Better than me...I meant to goto the store today but I forgot and slept in too late....now I have to eat fettuccine in red pepper sauce which I did not particularly like or go out to get tacos or something.
