Can you develop schizophrenia or psychosis in your late 30's? From what I've read it usually starts at a younger age. I haven't been feeling myself lately and I'm concerned.
Previously I didn't have any signs of a mental illness. Mental illness doesn't run in my family either. Just occasionally I'd have anxiety when something stressful would happen. I've had several medical tests done and I'm healthy. Over the past few months I've felt really anxious at times. I also get a depressed feeling mood. Occasionally I have trouble concentrating, but I'm still functioning well. Sometimes when I'm falling asleep it sounds like I'm hearing a voice or noises. I'm not sure where to get help if needed. |
