I've been eating healthy for 4 days and my junk food cravings have gone way down. The first 2-3 days were horrible, I wanted anything and everything, chocolate, donuts, pastries, ice cream, etc lol

I hear a lot of millennials do that with avocado and toast, but I have no idea what it would taste like. It sounds good, but I feel like I'd want half a loaf to really make a dent with my manly appetite lol

I understand. Risperdal made me crave. I would have just eaten a meal and I'd still crave. I craved so much that it was suffereing, because I felt like I always starved. Some of these meds just tortures us.

Didn't get my errands done because it started pouring outside, but I did over an hour of yoga today so I feel less groggy. Later, I watched trashy daytime TV for some reason and it was pretty funny.

Good morning

Today my sister and I are taking my mother to get a pedicure. My mother has dementia and doesn't remember she used to love getting pampered like this so it's been a challenge to get her to be willing to go. But her toes are a mess because she doesn't do much self-care anymore, so it needs to happen.

I just did 45 minutes of yoga and feel all woken up.

Today I see my pdoc to talk about my Zyprexa dosage and the side effects. He may decide to put me on something else if we find I've gained more weight which I'm sure I have.

Hang in there today people!

Talked to pdoc and we are going to leave my meds as they are. I really feel now I can manage the symptoms with exercise and the appetite suppressant. I gained a little more weight but that had more to do with the holidays than Zyprexa-induced binges like I was doing before the Phentermine. I'd rather "stick with the devil I know" than try another antipsychotic and have to learn new side effects to deal with. I think I'm doing okay now with things as they are.

I’ll be staying there beginning this Friday. I’m just bringing a few things with me and the rest of my stuff I have all of February to bring over. Should only take a week or so though.

I put on my sweater this morning and it was looser. Not really a sweater. More like a long sleeve shirt. But it used to be tight around the arms like a month ago. Not anymore. Theres slack in it now.

I talked to my doctor about the possibility of Lexapro making me manic, since it's an SSRI. He said it was a risk, but my depression was bad enough to where I needed an antidepressant or else try ECT. He also said that the lithium I'm on might prevent the mania.

I'm going to see about getting off thorazine when I see my doctor in march. I think it depresses me and I have lost interest in pretty much everything I normally enjoy. and I have no energy and am tired all the time. I want to see if I can do okay on just my other meds (Abilify, Trileptal, Paxil, Wellbutrin) she did say I could decrease it to 200 if the 400 is too much, I think now that I'm out of an acute episode it may be a good time to do that and see how it goes then re-evaluate when I see her again whether getting completely off is a good idea or not
