There's no way I'd ever be locked in a place for years cuz my mom has a law degree and used to be a nurse. She can get anyone out of trouble it's amazing what she can do. Her IQ was tested when she was 16 it was like 143 or something.

I want an antidepressant that isn't serotonergic. Something like phenibut and that I can take every day.

So make something that will work that way...sell the formula to big pharma and be rich....

I feel sort of depressed as well. I was doing the physics course but I said to myself, "What's the point?". So I took an extra dose of phenibut (Because I have been decreasing it).

I feel like I can only function on hypomania because it's like ADHD where I can do anything and not care.

I remember my dad saying "You can't become a doctor to fix yourself" which was really hurtful to me because isn't that kind of what a large amount of people with mental or physical illness do? Like helping others and helping themselves..

All I do really is try to fix what is wrong with me because no one else can. Everyone has some sort of niche.

Ok if that’s the case I’d do the pick three approach...pick three fun things and do them all at once, or at least get three senses in....something like the Uke uses two so you’d need to add like a scented candle or a tasty snack..

You could be a doctor if you could figure out focus I think...but yeah we all experiment to some extent with med cocktails etc, you’re just a bit more cutting edge....

To focus, I need a change of scenery - Rooms where I have a desk, places to go and just think or listen to podcasts, being able to go outside and feel warm, supportive friends that like to work on themselves and don't go to parties and get blackout drunk or stoned every other night or make drama, a part time job that I like where I can save money..

I need lots of recreation so I can think about things that help my soul so I can feel comfortable about those things while focusing. I want to feel safe and secure in my environment. I need to have the perfect meds and be satisfied and not have to think about them anymore.

My dad is coming to visit at the end of the month. I'm so lucky that he survived cancer. He's like a shaman to me. I think he's an INFJ or something.. He tells me things about myself and is good at guiding me. He was there for me when I was in the basement, suffering abuse and madness. We'd talk on the phone for hours while I'd pase, walking around looking at the kitchen tiles and making patterns with my feet.

There's so many people that I meet that are like that. They understand.

I just need to know that things will be ok. I feel alone with my thoughts and lost. I've never felt this aware. I was asleep for most of my life. I used to just let things happen. I still kind of do. It's a curse to not take control. I always let myself go out of control.

This reminds me...so Wordpress used to have prompts and now a lot of people have taken over making their own prompts from dictionary words or photo prompts like flowers etc. I think it might be helpful for you to come up with a series of mental health prompts that others can write about then they provide a link to you blog and you comment on their blog....it really helps build traffic comments and likes but you’ve gotta come up with prompts like anxiety or breathing or whatever....it helps to do this at least once a week at the same time, like I’ve got sculpture Saturday...it’s doubled my traffic.

You post a prompt for the week and explain the rules, ie provide a link or pingback here eventually you get more advertising free because other people are providing pingback or you’re providing comments. If you put a prompt up then I’ll write about it and give a pingback which you approve....then everyone reading my blog knows where I got the prompt and visits your blog to participate. Usually you have to explain more the first time you do it. Anyway it will start slow then grow with participation....people do it for fun and ideas....
