I think I know why my akathasia is acting up. I need to lower the Geodon, and the short half life is why the akathasia goes away around 12. I think I figured out the whole psychosis, at least the current one. So if I can just keep myself above water I should be better.

However, I have a plan to lower my Geodon regardless. I can start it any time, and take my sweet time doing it.

3rd day in a row I've worked 9.5 hours. The crew hasn't even been eating lunch because we're so busy. At least we're busy though...

Still waiting on my editor to pass the baton so I can finalize my new short story. Until then though, I will be compiling a poetry collection of classic poems.

Are you taking anything for a fever? Dizziness can be a symptom of fever. Might be a good idea to take Ibuprofen every 6 hours.

I'm so sorry, unsure. It can be so scary when a parent needs medical help. I hope it is just a migraine.

It does sound like you have a fever. Time to take some ibuprofen.

That is a relief! I hope your mom is completely fine.

I am kind of depressed today. Probably because I took too much Zyprexa last night. Ugh... I wasn't supposed to do that, either.

That's good. My temp is lower than 98.6 by at least a degree, so when it's 98 I have a mild fever.

My anxiety is bad today. I'm enraged that the charger for my Juul knock off was stolen. If I knew who took it I'd break their hands. I have violent fantasies lol.

I'm getting more and more uneasy the closer it gets to the last week of February.

The fire alarms went off in the morning because of something going on with the water heater and they wanted everyone out of the building. I wasn't prepared at all and was frantic looking for my shoes and purse. They recommended to make an emergency go bag to have at our doors at all times in case of any future emergencies that require people to have to quickly evacuate. So I'm looking at stuff to get for one. Looked up recommendations online for what stuff to put in it

Having a Go Bag

I am not sure if I should take the recommended amount of Zyprexa today or if I should just go down on it. My doctor essentially told me I could do both things. I just feel like I have too much responsibility now. He said before that I can go down to 2.5mg on it and then eventually to 0mg (which I feel super uncomfortable about doing) or I can go back up to 5mg of it (which seems safer). He thinks I don't have schizoaffective anymore because I haven't had deterioration in my hygiene and stuff like that. But I don't really know. This is making me anxious.

Try going down if you’re comfortable with it....if you start having any symptoms just go back up.....

I'm gonna lower the Vyvanse down to 40mg. I don't think it's good for my heart - Or I'm just chewing too much nicotine gum.. Or it's cuz I took an extra dose of phenibut... Or it's because I smoked too much weed at once.. or it's benzo withdrawal.. or cuz I drank too much coffee and coca cola today... or from exercising....

So yeah.. One of those 7 things..
