I just read that it may be months till they get clinical trials going for a vaccine for it and would probably be a year before it’s available. Don’t know if that’s true, just something I read.

I can’t really afford to stock up on food because I get $194 a month total for my food expenses, so I’m not sure what I can do about that

Typically a vaccine would take about a year....then they e gotta ramp up the number of doses probably old people would be vaccinated first.

That’s not much.....can you goto the food bank they often have like spaghetti and canned food available...they’re saying have at least three days of backup food but really more like two weeks in case you get sick and can’t go out.

Yeah I can try, my therapist gave me a referral to a food pantry so I should be hearing from them soon

I just made self a pancake both for the sugar and because pancake mix is in all the doomsday prep kits so I started craving them.

Negative: My mood has been off all day for some reason. I don't know why exactly. I have been sleeping okay, eating okay. I think it's my stomach, and my flat affect. I had my multivitamin, my fish oil, my protein shake. I had 3 large decaff coffees with a shot of irish cream in each. I kind of feel like my head is in a fishbowl.

Positive: To off the bad mood im forcing some music on. I read through Revelations today for some useful metaphors. Finished Witcher also. What a fantastic series. I can't wait for the next season. I've been binging Altered carbon as well. the 2nd season started

I still don’t physically feel quite right. I just want this feeling to go away. It tickles/has a pressure feeling under my sternum between my breast area. Like where the center triangle peice of a bra sits. Right there.

First case of coronavirus in NY state was just confirmed. I’m just gonna hide in my apartment the rest of my life. It was in Manhattan which is a 2 1/2 hour drive away from me

**** just got real. I registered for two classes today. It’ll take about a month for the university to evaluate my old transcripts to see if I could transfer some credits so I’m taking two that I know won’t be duplicated.

So excited. And nervous. Starts April 1!
