I brought my coffee maker home. I just have to get a new carafe for it.

I forgot that one of the libraries in town doesn't open on Sundays and the other one doesn't open till 1pm on sundays so I just returned some DVDs in their drop box. I'll go again tomorrow when they're open so I can check some stuff out.

Only other thing I need to do today is go to Family Dollar, which I'll be doing soon. It snowed last night, so there's a thin layer of powdered snow covering thick ice. I slipped and almost fell a few times but didn't thankfully.

I'm going to start going to church again, there's a place closer to my new apartment that I want to go. I've been there before, it's a nice roman catholic church, I actually like it better than the one that I went through RCIA/was baptized/first communion in. It's smaller and a bit more welcoming feeling, and the priest there is great.

Glad you found a nice church ⛪️

It’s been a while since I was walking every day, but the only thing worse than snow covered ice is ice cold puddles when you don’t have the right boots Roll Call 161!

Yeah that's frustrating, it was like that here last week, huge puddles, water everywhere, slush, ice

Fiancé is in a bad mood cuz he had to work early and he’s tired.

We drove around to 2 or 3 self service car washes and they were being used. He’s upset.

I'm quite a mess. Chemical here, chemical there... Doing things, dreams..

Illvoices or someone I remember she/he said "The pictures we see in our minds lead us to those places (Which are real in other dimensions) which imagine us right now".

It's true.. It's what I believe.. Because my dreams last night were just pictures.. I was controlling them... Then I wake up to these pictures.. It's a never ending dream..

But ignore this.

I'm going for a walk today. Maybe I'll feel better.

I talked to a friend two nights ago. He wants me to come over to his place and smoke weed. I see the doctor on Tuesday. Idk what to say.. Just need Trazodone or something to put me to sleep.. Although I've been sleeping well on my own I've noticed..

I noticed that when I get on a better sleep schedule I feel better. Have you thought about going to bed at a specific time every night and waking up at a specific time every morning? Not saying it's easy to do this -- just a thought though. Also, I take mirtazapine for depression and sleep and I have to say -- it's very helpful at establishing sleep when I want to go to bed.

Negative: They ran out of decaff so I just let the café before I got any real work done so I went home

Positive: I'm rounding up poems from the romantic movement and over 350 pages into it, half of the work is written because I already did the research due to my first book. Honestly, this kind of fell in my lap, so I just have to add a little more, express my thoughts to dilate on topics, and interpret, so the reader can follow lucidly. I wish I saved the book title I had for my first book for this book, but all is well, I have a great book title for this that will do lovely. Reading these Romantics again, and going over their theory, I have to conclude I am one of them in thought, not in ability. I wish people looked past their poetry and saw what they were rebelling against... In this book I will extrapolate just that.

Played a bit of jeopardy on the switch.

Just realized tomorrow’s Presidents’ Day so all the libraries are closed. I’ll have to go on Wednesday then. Tuesday morning I’m getting those 2 teeth pulled.

I'm bored too. I tend to get that way towards the end of the day. Trying to figure out something to do. I'll probably finish reading Electroboy then maybe play some games

Feeling a little strange again on less Zyprexa. I don't know if it's just a withdrawal symptom or if it's a bad symptom. I just feel off again.

I try sometimes to go to sleep at 8pm instead of 12am but it's so hard to wake up early in the morning - I still sleep in until 12pm. I might try mirtazepine instead of Trazodone.

I just need something to put me to sleep instead of 0.5mg Xanax - Then I can stop the Xanax.

Well, my friend didn't get me a Juul. I'm ok with that, and I'd be ok if he did get me one after all.

I forgot tomorrow is a national holiday. Maybe he'll decide to go back tomorrow instead of tonight.

If I don't see him tomorrow it's going to be three weekends until I see him again. He has to buy me a month of international service for my phone.

But my phone is malfunctioning I discovered yesterday. I can't connect to incoming calls, but I can call out successfully. I don't know what's wrong with it.

I just got Android 10 on my phone a week or two before, maybe that has something to do with it.

It's going to be lonely and worrisome with him away.

Don't have much going on this coming week aside from the dental appointment. Other than that I'll just be working on stuff at the old place so I can wrap this move up and be done with it. The last week of this month I have an appointment with my care manager here, one with my therapist, a nutrition class I'm going to, and another dentist appointment.

Even though they just ended I can't wait for the holiday season again. Halloween, thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year. It will be so much better here. I'll actually be able to do things and buy gifts for people. I can decorate and put up a bigger tree. I'm so excited. I know it's a loooong way away I'm just thinking of all the possibilities

Also, I’m learning to accept myself at the weight I am. I’m 160 lbs, no matter how much I diet or exercise it always stays around that number. Normally, my natural set point is around 125 -130 lbs but considering the meds I’m on I think where I’m at is reasonable. I’m stable so it’s definitely worth it. And coming up on 1 year of ED recovery, I’m proud of that and don’t want to revert back to those ways.
