This is what I’m doing tomorrow
-Pick up meds at pharmacy
-Go to food pantry
-Have lunch at Salvation Army
-Go to therapist appointment.

Saturday I’m going to a brunch. Then Sunday my money comes in so I can buy some food.

EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, it's supposed to help with traumatic memories. My Regular T does it sometimes

Positive: Things are great. I cheated and had 2 big mac, that sauce is awesome.

SP, I'm curious, how long did it take for you to notice a difference with fish oil?

Negative: Nothing noteworthy today so far.

BB, my pdoc doesn't have a weight scale either.

Somethging I always assumed to be true, at least on Twitter. The term "schizophrenia" is known on twitter as a mental illness people struggle with. The term "schizophrenic" is known on twitter as an insult or negative connotation to mischaracteristize people.

Subtype 2 has increased activity in the basal ganglia which works with motivation (I have avolition) and reward center.

It’s hard to explain but it’s supposed to sort of reprogram your brain.

My mental health is bad because of the confinement and isolation. I hope something will improve soon.

I have to cool it with my disposables. I'm using them up faster because I can't use my mod because of the quarantine. They have to last 3 days each at least but I have nervous energy and keep toking on it.

15 minutes until my headphones are charged.

Went to the Salvation Army for breakfast then to the pharmacy to pick up my meds. Seeing my therapist later today. Lots to talk about. The move, what happened with my cats, the med changes. Also need to discuss budgeting and getting over impulse shopping

Today is the first day of tapering off two of the meds, then next Thursday I can begin the zoloft and vraylar.

Took a shower, maintenance came over and replaced something. I was just getting out when they came but was able to get my clothes on quickly enough to answer the door lol

So much to do next week. Update address with social security, post office, and the DMV to get a new ID, grocery shopping, general shopping, fill out/return foodstamps recertification form, contact the power company to shut the power off in my old place since I'm officially no longer there, returning stuff to the library, filling out patient assistance form for vraylar.....

The bf still has the flu but has hope again so that’s something......he was just dragging before....I told him he seemed depressed he was no not me but I think he understood what I was saying even though he denied it.
