My mood crashed into severe depression for a month then the past two days it's been in an upswing. Happy about that. I just hope the zoloft doesn't make me manic. It did when I took it many years ago, up for 3 days/hallucinating, but I'm giving it another chance since I'm on Antipsychotics and a mood stabilizer now

Unfortunately, my latest roommate and I don't talk or anything, but she's quiet and I'm grateful. I'm very quiet too. I wouldn't mind playing cards but I don't remember how to play anything anymore.

My friend still hasn't checked his email.

Saw my therapist. I confessed finally about my impulsive shopping sprees that have been going on for awhile lol we talked about that and how it could be a symptom of my disorder (sza -bipolar) and she thinks it’s good my doctor is putting me back on vraylar. We talked about losing my cats and how I feel about it, and the move having been a stressful process .

If you want to get really creative you can carve a hole with teaspoon in the top of the cupcakes and fill with marshmallow cream then frost to cover the hole. I made chocolate cupcake like that once they were so good.

It took me dang 5 hours to order groceries.

Problem with my card. But they always block it when I get my work check in. Cuz I buy a bunch of stuff in like 1 day. When I get it.
