Is having a thought disorder the same as scitzoefftive disorder, The doctors tell me that I am schizoaffective but I dont want to believe it, I am not on any antipsychotic drugs, They all make me feel strange and give me side effects

Depends on who you ask tbh...there can be thought disorder with schizophrenia and schizoaffective. The antipsychotics may suck but they are just about the only hope too....
