Has anyone ever heard of a delusion that is altruistic and benevolent in nature? Essentially the delusion is that people are surveilling and manipulating an individual in order to do something good for this person.

It's not a delusion based in fear. Its a delusion that there is someone out there looking out for her or protecting her (in an admittedly strange and ****ed up manner).

Yes in my case they were watching me so that I could join a psychic medical organization that helped heal people...delusions don’t have to be negative in nature.
