I keep thinking about the grocery store....I wish I had told the woman checking me out she was a hero in the battle against Coronavirus.....the store workers are the front line of defense right now.

Apartment care manager called a little while ago (since he’s working from home right now) just checked in to make sure everything is going okay and to let me know if I need to be connected to any resources to give him a call. Also to make sure I exercise, eat healthy, get good sleep, and not watch the news constantly

Anyway.
I been playing animal crossing. But I wanted to say, I feel like a lot of people are going to end up in the mental hospital. This situation in the world is what some of my delusions were like. Which scares me. They are saying there’s gonna be martial law in 2 or 3 days here in USA. It’s starting to affect not just my depression and anxiety but my psychotic symptoms.
