So much for staying offline for a week or two, lol that didn't last long. I think my main problem is seeing news updates about the coronavirus, it just feeds into my paranoia and anxiety so I'm just going to stop reading any news articles about it.

Grocery shopping went well, stayed in my budget. but apparently there's more than one bus that stops there because when I took the bus back I eventually realized I was on the wrong one and had to get off and walk a mile home with like 20lbs of groceries... lol

I got a phone call and set up an appointment with the food farmacy my therapist referred me too. They give you three days worth of nutritious food and provide some nutritional counseling and give you info on other resources in the community to get food

I'm so ready to get back on the vraylar and zoloft, 2 more days left of abilify and paxil. Feeling impatient.. my anxiety and paranoia have skyrocketed. My other meds are staying the same. Ready for stability and no more med changes

I decided on doing those peanut butter blossom cookies for the brunch. They’re the ones that have Hershey kisses in the middle of them. Just decided to cause it’s easy to make and easy on my budget, and I enjoy baking
the brunch is on March 31st so it’s awhile away.
